Export Logistics Coordinator

Worldwide Logistics Ltd is looking for an experienced logistics coordinator with an Export background. As a Logistics Coordinator you will work with internal sales/pricing staff, our curated list of vendors and offices across the globe in order to make each international shipment a success. SUMMARY This position is responsible mainly for air export operations, reporting to the operations manager. This role requires creative thought and a high sense of urgency in a fast paced and demanding customer driven environment. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
- Manage bookings with airlines.
- Prepare required documents, MAWB/HAWB, etc.
- Coordinate with the client and internal resources to expedite the shipment along with the destination office
- Meet all accounting requirements, pay our vendors in a timely fashion
- Keep highly accurate physical records and update shipment data continuously
- Not limited to performing other job-related duties and functions as required.
- Required Education: High School Diploma required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Have ability to work in a fast pace environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours based on business needs.
- Air Freight: 1 year
- Freight Forwarding: 1 year
- IAC/IATA Knowledge a plus
