Job Description:
We're seeking energetic and motivated apprentices to join our construction crew. You'll learn the fundamentals of carpentry, electrical systems, and site safety while contributing to projects that directly improve local neighborhoods.

Essential Job Functions:

Assist skilled tradespeople with building, repair, and installation tasks.
Safely use hand and power tools under supervision.
Support site clean-up, material organization, and basic measurements.
Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.

Job Requirements:

Enthusiasm to learn construction skills.
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors.
Dependable and team-oriented mindset.
No prior experience required - training provided.

Hours & Schedule:

Typical shifts: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (weekdays)
Part-time or full-time availability
Flexible schedules for apprentices/students
