Job Description:
We are seeking compassionate Community Health Worker interns to support outreach efforts. This role is perfect for candidates interested in public health, nursing, or social services.

Essential Job Functions:

Connect residents with local health and wellness resources.
Conduct outreach at events, schools, and clinics.
Provide basic health education and encourage preventive care.
Document outreach activities and assist case managers.

Job Requirements:

Passion for helping people and improving community health.
Strong communication and empathy skills.
Ability to work in diverse communities.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
