You’ll get to:Perform repair, substitution, or replacement of faulty hardware as necessary, installation, reinstallation or reprogram of software as necessaryPerform testing and error checking of solutions, also conduct routine preventive maintenance on machines and software.Document work done in customer ticketing systemFollow-up with Customer after the solution has been implementedProvide entry level support for hardware, Automated Tool Room, RFID, and CribMaster related computer issues.The Person:You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions.
