With a competitive salary, great locations, and a supportive, people-first culture, you’ll have the space to take on meaningful challenges, grow your skills, and make a real impact in a fast-evolving industry.**About The Team**You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.**[Job Details]****Job Title:** Business Support Specialist**Location:** Fontana, CA, City of Industry, CA, or Chino, CA **Pay Range:** $20.00 - $25.00 per hour + Annual Bonus **Employment Type:** Full-Time**Position Overview:**The Operations Business Support role is responsible for supporting JDL's warehouse operations to ensure efficient day-to-day business processes and deliver an excellent customer experience.**What You'll Do:*** Support daily operational activities, including data entry, information verification, and document management.* Assist with the coordination and management of third-party workforce resources.* Collect, organize, and analyze operational data, and prepare reports to support business decisions.* Coordinate cross-functional communication and collaboration to resolve operational issues and ensure projects are completed on schedule.* Participate in process improvement initiatives and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency.* Collect and respond to customer feedback, resolve issues in a timely manner, and help improve customer satisfaction.* Complete additional tasks and projects assigned by management.**About You:*** Associate's degree or above; all majors are welcome.
