Position Overview

We are in search of a skilled and empathetic Sonography / Ultrasound Technologist to become a vital member of our forward-thinking team of imaging experts dedicated to delivering top-tier patient care. Description of Responsibilities

• Conduct an array of ultrasound examinations, such as abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety during all procedures by clearly and compassionately explaining each step
• Work closely with radiologists and referring physicians to produce high-quality diagnostic images
• Effectively operate and maintain imaging equipment, reporting any malfunctions as needed
• Thoroughly document procedures and maintain patient records within the electronic medical system
• Stay informed of the latest advancements in ultrasound imaging techniques and best practices

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field
• Completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program preferred

Certifications Required

• Active certification by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred

Skills Needed

• Strong technical expertise in sonographic imaging techniques and patient positioning
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
