STARBUCKS RETAIL MANAGER

Position Summary Starbucks Retail Manager assists in planning, administering, and directing all activities related to food service retail operations. Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of effective merchandising, quality assessment of marketplace conditions, customer expectations and product selection while upholding the Healthy at Hopkins initiatives. Drives customer and employee satisfaction. Shift Full-time (40 hours of work per week) Day Shift Weekend Work Required Location Howard County Medical Center 5755 Cedar Lane, Columbia, MD 21044 Education/Experience High school degree/GED required BS degree in food service, hospitality or related field Three (3) to five (5) years previous management experience in high-volume food service operation, retail/franchise experience preferred. Licensure/Certifications Current ServSafe certification, or must be able to pass within probationary period. Salary Range Minimum 32.44/hour - Maximum 56.79/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
