Position Residential Counselor/Direct Care Support Professional (JH) Location Lancaster, MA Pay $20.00 - $21.75 per hour Overview RFK Community Alliance is looking for a full‑time Residential Counselor/Direct Care Support Professional (DSP) to join our residential (JH) team in Lancaster. DSPs are the heart of the work we do, working directly with adolescents facing mental health challenges in a group home setting. You will support their daily needs, foster independence, and empower them to live their best lives. This role is incredibly rewarding, offering the chance to make a direct impact on someone's life every single day. Whether it’s assisting with daily activities, providing emotional support, or helping them achieve personal goals, as a DSP you will be an essential part of the support we provide. We believe that the desire to help and support others is the most crucial qualification for this role. That’s why we provide full training for all new DSPs, ensuring you have the tools, knowledge, and confidence needed to excel. Requirements Must have a High School Diploma and be at least 21 years old. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
