About the Experience

This holiday season, The Exchange is transforming into Sippin' Santa , a tropical holiday bar experience filled with palm trees, tiki mugs, and Santa in a Hawaiian shirt. We're looking for energetic and guest-focused servers to help spread the island-style holiday cheer!

Your Impact

As a Seasonal Server , you'll help deliver an unforgettable Sippin' Santa experience - pairing exceptional service with playful holiday hospitality. You'll ensure every guest feels the spirit of the season while enjoying The Exchange's quality standards and festive atmosphere.

Your Responsibilities

Greet guests with warmth, enthusiasm, and a touch of holiday spirit.
Take food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring timely service and guest satisfaction.
Learn and recommend items from the Sippin' Santa menu, including signature tiki cocktails and festive bites.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the service areas and assist teammates as needed.
Communicate clearly with bartenders and kitchen staff to deliver a seamless guest experience.
Adhere to responsible alcohol service and health safety standards.

Your Skills & Experience

Prior serving experience in a bar or restaurant environment preferred.
Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
Friendly, energetic, and enjoys working in a lively environment.
Passion for hospitality and willingness to embrace the tropical holiday vibe.

Essential requirements:

Must be 21+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
Valid Indiana Alcohol Server Permit required
