Business Operations & Program Management Support Analyst - Mid (PGS)

As a mid-level analyst, this individual proactively manages the administrative and operational tempo of a program office. This role develops and refines support processes to enhance efficiency and serves as a primary point of contact for operational matters. Work at this level involves independently performing the full range of assigned duties with minimal day-to-day instruction. Duties May Include: · Managing complex program schedules, coordinating multi-day events, and handling all travel arrangements and vouchers using government systems (e.g., DTS). · Developing, implementing, and maintaining systematic processes for tracking government action items from assignment to closure, ensuring timely responses. · Managing the flow of all official correspondence and program documentation for the office, including drafting, formatting, and coordinating responses for government signature. · Administering and serving as the content manager for government collaboration sites (e.g., SharePoint), ensuring they are well-organized and up-to-date. Requirements Required Skills: · TS/SCI with 3-10 years of experience with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, compliant with GSA standards. · Advanced proficiency with SharePoint and other government-used collaboration and tasking systems. Desired Skills: · Direct experience with the Defense Travel System (DTS). · Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
