SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

Overview We are hiring immediately for full time Shift Supervisor positions. Location: McLeod Health - 555 East Cheves Street, Florence, SC 29506. Online applications accepted only. Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 5:30 pm to 5:00 am; rotating weekends. More details upon interview. Requirement: Previous customer service and supervisory experience required. Fixed Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour. Job Summary Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide training and create work schedules. Evaluate performance of workers, reward high performers and discipline when needed. Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets quality, productivity and safety standards. Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off. Mentor employees and encourage development and advancement within the organization. Perform other duties as assigned.
