Data Entry Clerk

Kishigo, a division of Bunzl, is seeking a Data Entry Clerk who will be responsible for accurately entering, maintaining, and updating information in company databases and business systems. This role supports customer service, order processing, inventory management, and other administrative functions by ensuring data integrity and timely record maintenance. Established in 1971, Kishigo is the authority in high-visibility safety, including vests, pants, jackets, masks, flame resistant apparel, and accessories.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm. This is an on-site opportunity located in Fountain Valley, CA.

Responsibilities:

• Enter customer orders, product information, pricing, and related data into company systems accurately and efficiently.
• Review source documents for completeness and accuracy prior to entry.
• Verify and correct data discrepancies, errors, and incomplete records.
• Communicate with customers regarding purchase orders, tracking and order status
• Communicate with Customer Service, Warehouse, Sales, and other departments to resolve data issues.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of data entry experience.
• Administrative or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to navigate ERP, order management, or inventory systems.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Kishigo California salary range: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour based on experience, education and geographic location.
