Licensed Practical Nurse-Dialysis
Temporary Full-Time Position
Our client, a state-of-the-art dialysis center located in Nassau County, Long Island, is seeking experienced and dedicated Dialysis LPN to join their team.
KEY TASKS:
- Provides dialysis treatments in conformance with nursing standards to include initiation, monitoring and termination of treatment.
- Administers medication in accordance with unit policy and procedure and physician orders.
- Records and documents patient treatment, reactions, conditions, history, medications, and overall adaptability to dialysis.
- Ensures and adequate stock of supplies and proper functioning equipment.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- New York State LPN License
- At least one (1) year of prior work experience as a LPN.
- Prior experience as an LPN or working with dialysis patients.
