We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Dental Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment while managing front desk operations efficiently. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to handle administrative tasks in a fast-paced dental office.

Requirements
- Experienced Dental Receptionist / Admin (1+ years)
Must have experience in Eaglesoft
Must have at least 1 year of experience in dental setting (billing, scheduling, and insurance verification)
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
- Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
- Collect co-pays and process payments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Assist with treatment coordination and follow-ups
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
