Sr. EHS Manager [RW-15026]

A leading industrial manufacturing and distribution organization is looking to add a Senior Regional EHS Manager to oversee operations across the Williamston, SC area. This person will be tasked with driving safety performance and environmental compliance across multiple facilities, ensuring consistent standards in both production and logistics environments. The role offers strong visibility and impact, with a focus on building a proactive, accountability-driven safety culture. It’s an excellent opportunity for an experienced EHS leader to influence strategy and reduce risk across a regional footprint. The Role Lead EHS strategy and execution across multiple manufacturing and warehouse sites, ensuring alignment across operations Identify and mitigate safety, health, and environmental risks, implementing practical controls across production and material handling environments Drive incident prevention through root cause investigations and targeted corrective actions, with emphasis on serious injury and fatality (SIF) risks Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and applicable state regulations, while managing key environmental programs (air, waste, stormwater) Analyze performance metrics to guide decision-making, strengthen accountability, and support continuous improvement initiatives The Candidate Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Safety, Engineering, or a related discipline 5–10+ years of progressive EHS leadership experience in manufacturing and/or distribution environments, ideally across multiple sites 10-15+ years of EHS experience Strong expertise in regulatory compliance and safety systems (e.g., LOTO, machine guarding, mobile equipment, electrical safety) Proven ability to influence leadership, drive cultural change, and implement sustainable EHS programs Certifications such as CSP preferred; additional credentials (CIH, CHMM) considered a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Shirley Parsons
