Travel Nurse RN - PCU - Progressive Care Unit - $1,927 per week

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Atlantis, Florida.

Job Description & Requirements

• Specialty: PCU - Progressive Care Unit
• Discipline: RN
• Duration: 13 weeks
• 36 hours per week
• Shift: 12 hours, days
• Employment Type: Travel

Type of equipment : Vitals machines, heart monitors, chest tubes, LVADs, dopplers, temporary pacers

· Documentation system: Meditech

Requested Skill Set:

Post open heart stepdown recovery, s/p cath and EP procedures, BIPAP, and high flow oxygen.

Must have : Proficiency in interpreting rhythms, head to toe assessments, ACLS, BLS

Advanced skills needed: LVAD certification is not required but is a plus.

Procedures performed on unit: 

Chest tube insertion, central line removal, foley insertion and removal

Certifications Required:

BLS and ACL
