Billing Operations & Process Improvement Coordinator

RR Donnelley & Sons

RR Donnelley & Sons is seeking an invoicing specialist in Buffalo Grove, IL to research escalated invoicing questions, develop metric reporting, and resolve billing credits and rebills. This role supports MDTS taxation issues, RMS drop shipments, and plant reporting, while documenting best practices for billers and driving process improvements.
