Job Description
The Sales Representative will focus on promoting and selling healthcare and life insurance products primarily through outside sales and field visits. This role involves frequent local and regional travel to client sites, working both independently and within a small sales team to generate leads, conduct meetings, deliver sales presentations, and negotiate deals to drive business growth.
Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline
Conduct client meetings to understand needs and present product solutions
Deliver persuasive sales presentations focused on healthcare and life insurance products
Negotiate terms and close sales contracts effectively
Prepare and submit sales reports tracking progress and outcomes
Travel frequently within the region to meet clients and prospects
Collaborate as an individual contributor and as part of a small sales team
Required Qualifications
Valid Driver's License for travel to client sites
Preferred Qualifications
Entry-level experience in sales
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Effective time management abilities
Experience with customer relationship management
Ability to forecast sales and solve problems creatively
Comprehensive product knowledge in healthcare and insurance
Team collaboration skills
