Thermoforming Operator

We are seeking a dedicated Thermoforming Operator for a full-time, on-site position at our Appleton, WI facility. The Thermoforming Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining thermoforming machinery to produce high-quality packaging products. Key responsibilities include monitoring production processes, performing equipment adjustments, inspecting products for quality assurance, and maintaining a safe and organized workspace. Collaboration with team members and adherence to safety protocols are integral parts of this role.

• Experience in operating and maintaining thermoforming machinery
• Strong mechanical skills, including the ability to troubleshoot and make adjustments to equipment
• Knowledge of quality control processes and attention to detail to ensure product standards
• Basic understanding of safety practices and the ability to adhere to workplace safety regulations
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
• Physical ability to perform manual tasks and operate machinery in a manufacturing setting
• Prior experience in the packaging or manufacturing industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or technical certification preferred
