Badger State Staffing is seeking an Assistant Machine Operator to join a thriving organization in Neenah. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual to launch a full-time career. You’ll receive comprehensive, hands-on training with potential for advancement within the organization.
Primary Duties :
- Assist senior operators with the setup, operation, and maintenance of equipment such as winders and coating machines
- Monitor machine performance, identifying and reporting any abnormalities or potential issues
- Participate in routine cleaning and preventative maintenance tasks as assigned
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols
- Assist with loading and unloading raw materials and finished products
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills and procedures
Schedule: Monday through Thursday from 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM. Occasional overtime may be required based on production.
Machine Operator Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to read a tape measure and complete basic mathematic equations
- Mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn new skills are highly valued
- Reliable and consistent attendance record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
