APPLY NOW TO BECOME A ROCKETEER! "We think we're preparing kids for tomorrow. Kids just think it's cool!" We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and talented individual to work as a Sports Camp Teacher with our NJ based day camps to run sports activities for kids.
- Summer seasonal position (4-8 weeks)
- Spend the summer with our AMAZING students having fun at camp!
- Paid training!
- Coach and teach exciting topics with hands-on activities in sports such as: soccer, basketball, volleyball, tennis, pickleball, and backyard games
- Employee discounts available for select camps run by Black Rocket
- Ability to travel to Burlington and Mercer County, Monday-Friday
- Teaching or student teaching experience in K-12 schools strongly preferred
- Experience with children in a camp or educational setting
- Experience with children ages 7-14
- Must be comfortable leading a group of up to 15 students independently through hands on sports activities
- Ability to manage and organize equipment and materials, including paid prep time before and after classes
- Rate: $24/hr - $28/hr
- Ability to travel to Ocean County Community College, Monday-Friday
- Teaching or student teaching experience in K-12 schools strongly preferred
- Experience with children in a camp or educational setting
- Experience with children ages 7-14
- Must be comfortable leading a group of up to 15 students independently through hands on sports activities
- Ability to manage and organize equipment and materials, including paid prep time before and after classes
- Rate: $24/hr - $28/hr
