Bilingual Apartment Community Manager

Essential Staffing Solutions (ESS) is seeking an experienced  Bilingual Apartment Community Manager (English/Spanish)to oversee daily operations, resident satisfaction, leasing performance, and property maintenance at apartment communities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage property operations, occupancy, and resident relations
• Oversee leasing, renewals, rent collections, and delinquency management
• Supervise office and maintenance teams
• Coordinate vendors, contracts, and property maintenance
• Address resident concerns and provide exceptional customer service
• Monitor budgets, financial reports, and property performance
• Assist Spanish-speaking residents and prospects with leasing and community needs

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
• 1–2+ years of Apartment Community Manager experience required
• Experience with Yardi, OneSite, Entrata, or similar property management software
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to multitask, solve problems, and meet deadlines
• Must be able to walk the property, climb stairs, and work a flexible schedule as needed
