Bilingual Apartment Assistant Manager
About Us:Essential Staffing Solutions (ESS) is a leading multifamily staffing agency connecting top talent with apartment communities. We offer weekly pay, full-time opportunities, and a path to permanent placement. Position Overview:
We're seeking a Bilingual Assistant Community Manager (Spanish & English required) for an immediate start. The ideal candidate will support daily property operations, assist residents, manage rent collection, and handle leasing and administrative duties. Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and post rent payments using Yardi or Onesite
- Manage delinquent accounts and prepare late notices
- Assist residents with questions and lease renewals
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and deposits
- Support leasing activities and community operations
- Serve as backup to the Community Manager as needed
Requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
- 1-2 years of apartment property management experience
- Strong customer service and administrative skills
- Yardi or Onesite experience is required
- Reliable, professional, and ready to start immediately
