Assistant Commercial Property ManagerJOB TYPE: Direct-Hire LOCATION: Newtown, PA – Onsite START DATE: September/October 2026 SHIFT: Monday–Friday, standard business hoursWe are seeking an entry-level Assistant Commercial Property Manager to support daily property operations while developing broad experience in tenant support, vendor coordination, documentation, financial administration, and project tracking. This role is well suited for an early-career professional who is organized, service-oriented, and interested in growing within property management.ResponsibilitiesAssist with daily property operations and respond to routine tenant needs in a timely, professional manner.Maintain lease-related files, property records, and other operational documentation.Coordinate activities with maintenance personnel and outside service providers.Support vendor oversight by tracking services, agreements, and performance.Assist with budgeting, reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial record review.Participate in property inspections, document issues, and communicate findings to management.Track project schedules, costs, and progress while preparing reports and updates for senior staff.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related discipline.0–2 years of relevant experience; internships, part-time positions, and other entry-level experience may qualify.Strong organizational ability, attention to detail, and capacity to manage competing priorities.Effective written and verbal communication skills with a professional, service-focused approach.Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Interest in learning property operations, leasing support, maintenance coordination, financial administration, and project support.EOE STATEMENT: We are an equal opportunity employer.
