This inpatient facility is seeking a psychiatrist for PRN vacation coverage of its adult psychiatric service. The facility maintains established protocols to support comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and ongoing inpatient treatment. The organization is committed to ensuring continuity of psychiatric care delivery during the coverage period.

Natick, Massachusetts offers a range of outdoor and leisure activities, including golf courses, hiking trails, kayaking, canoeing, and stand-up paddleboarding. The area also features museums, walking tours, and city tours, providing options for visitors with varied interests. Hotel accommodations tend to be more affordable during winter months, with peak pricing typically occurring in summer.

Clinicians in this role will provide full-time inpatient psychiatric care for adult patients during day shifts, totaling 40 hours per week, on a PRN vacation coverage basis from June through August. Clinical responsibilities include conducting psychiatric evaluations and managing medications for up to 10 adult inpatient patients per day. No call requirements are associated with this assignment.
