Assist the VP with the preparation of periodic filings for quarterly and annual requirements, registration statements, and financial statements.
Work with the external public accountants in planning and executing audits and reviews.
Lead the implementation of new accounting pronouncements and policies while ensuring requisite system changes are completed in a timely manner to support future requirements.
Act as a strategic leader on a high-performing, collaborative accounting team.
Who you are:Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required.
CPA required.
8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting and industry.
Strong technical accounting skills in GAAP.
Adapts and thrives in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
Possesses a high level of critical thinking.
Prior management experience required.
Experience with acquisitions in a private-equity environment.

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.The expected range for this role is $165,000 to $180,000 per year plus bonus DOE.
