Position: Senior Treasury Finance Analyst Edward Mann are hiring for our client who are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and team-focused Senior Financial Analyst to join their growing finance team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for financial analysis, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proactive mindset, supporting strategic decision-making across the organization. This role involves overseeing cash management, financial planning, and analytical reporting to provide critical insights that drive business growth in a fast-paced, private equity-backed environment. Key Responsibilities: Cash Flow Management & Forecasting: Oversee weekly cash operations, develop comprehensive short- and long-term cash flow forecasts, and create liquidity models to ensure financial stability and support business planning. Financial Reporting: Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including analyzing financial statements and variance reports to uncover trends and highlight key areas for improvement. Data Analysis: Perform in-depth financial analysis to inform strategic business decisions. Use Excel, Tableau, and other analytical tools to develop data-driven reports, dashboards, and presentations. Performance Measurement: Monitor key financial metrics and contribute to the creation of performance indicators to assess financial health and operational efficiency. Special Projects: Provide ad hoc financial support and analysis for special projects as needed by leadership and executive teams. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with various departments to gather financial insights, assess operational impacts, and ensure precise financial reporting. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline. Professional certifications (CPA, CFA, etc.) are advantageous but not required. Strong experience with cash forecasting, banking operations, or treasury management. Deep understanding of accounting principles, financial metrics, and performance indicators. Advanced skills in financial modeling and analysis, including Excel (e.g., VBA, Macros). Familiarity with Tableau is beneficial but not essential. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; capable of presenting complex financial concepts to executive-level audiences. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills across finance, accounting, and cross-functional teams.
