Customer Care Associate

Our client is seeking a versatile office and customer service associate in a part-time capacity through December 2026. This role combines with customer service, admin tasks, shipping. You will work closely with leadership to manage mail, process orders, and keep inventory organized.

Customer Care Associate Details:
- Temporary position
- $21.00 / hour
- Part Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 12:00pm to 05:00pm )
- Manage mailroom operations, including sorting, logging, and distributing incoming and outgoing mail.
- Assist with inventory tracking, organization, and routine audits.
- Package products securely and prepare shipping documentation for outgoing orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and functional work environment.
- Provide quality customer service
Customer Care Associate Qualifications:
- Ability to stand, sit, and walk throughout shift; light lifting required as needed for packaging and inventory handling.
- Recent customer service experience
- Attention to detail
- Organizational skills
- Communication skills
- Proficient in basic computer navigation, data entry, and use of core office applications
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
