Job Title: Welder

Location: Thomasville GA 31792

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM | Possible overtime on Saturdays

Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of welding experience
• Experience with FCAW and GMAW welding
• MIG welding experience required; TIG welding experience preferred
• Ability to read basic blueprints
• Experience operating hand and power tools
• Ability to troubleshoot basic machine and equipment issues
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to follow safety and quality procedures

Responsibilities:
• Process raw materials to fabricate semi-complex parts
• Perform MIG welding and some TIG welding as required
• Perform FCAW and GMAW welding based on blueprints
• Interpret drawings to fit, align, calibrate, and adjust parts to meet specifications
• Operate hand and power tools including chipping hammers and grinders
• Enter work hours in SAP system
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and faulty consumables
• Support continuous improvement activities and daily housekeeping/5S processes
• Collaborate with supervisors, managers, and team members to produce quality products
• Follow workplace safety and product quality guidelines
