Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, required. Incident Command System (ICS) 100, 200, and 700 certification within six (6) months of hire. Valid Montana Driver's License, required. Must pass a background and suitability check according to Public Law 101-630; the Indian Child Protection and Family Violence Prevention Act. Must participate in pre-hire drug test and random drug tests thereafter. Bachelor's degree: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution with a minimum of three (3) years nursing experience OR Master's degree: Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), Public Health, Community Health, or related field with a minimum of three (3) years nursing experience. Equivalent combination of advanced public health nursing experience, program management, population health, community-based nursing, or specialized training/certifications will be considered. All applicants must submit a Tribal application, a copy of academic transcripts, certifications, proof of state licensure, copy of valid driver's license, if claiming Tribal preference, proof of enrollment from a federally recognized Tribe if other than CSKT, and if claiming veteran's preference, a copy of the DD214 must be submitted. FAILURE TO SUBMIT ALL OF THE ABOVE INFORMATION WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION DURING THE SCREENING PROCESS. This position is a Testing Designated Position (TDP) within the definition of the CSKT Drug Testing policy. The successful applicant, if not already employed by the Tribes must pass a pre-hire drug test, and serve a mandatory six (6) month probationary period.
