Plumbing Service Manager | Leadership Role | $90K–$130K+

A great home service plumbing company is looking for a proven Plumbing Service Manager who can coach technicians, drive results, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. What You'll Do

• Lead, develop, and hold the plumbing service team accountable to performance standards

• Coach technicians on technical skills, customer interaction, and sales effectiveness

• Drive key metrics: revenue, conversion rates, average ticket, and customer satisfaction

• Own recruiting, onboarding, and retention of service technicians

• Collaborate with dispatchers to maximize efficiency and customer experience

• Conduct ride-alongs, performance reviews, and regular one-on-ones

• Maintain high standards for safety, professionalism, and quality of work

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in plumbing service management or a senior tech role

• Licensed plumber preferred

• Track record of building and leading high-performing service teams

• Strong understanding of residential plumbing systems

• Business-minded with ability to read and respond to performance data

• Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
