About the Role:

As a Restaurant Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for guests, playing a crucial role in creating a welcoming and positive dining experience. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills for managing reservations and seating charts.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to coordinate guest seating and special requests.
• Address guest questions, concerns, or complaints promptly and escalate issues to management when necessary.
