Registered Nurse (RN) Manager – Adult Day Care

Location: Owings Mills, MD
Job Type: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Progress Unlimited is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and motivated  Registered Nurse (RN) Manager to lead the clinical and administrative operations of our Adult Day Care Center in Owings Mills, Maryland.

This leadership position is ideal for an RN who enjoys managing clinical services, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, and making a meaningful impact in the lives of older adults and individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the clinical operations of the Adult Day Care Center.
• Supervise and support nursing staff while ensuring high-quality participant care.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
• Coordinate participant assessments, care planning, and medication management.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and health records.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Manage administrative responsibilities related to the nursing department.

Qualifications

• Current Maryland Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Previous management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience in adult day care, geriatrics, long-term care, or community-based services is a plus.
