Our client, one of the most trusted Managed IT Service Providers in San Antonio, is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This position serves as the first point of contact for clients needing technical support and plays a critical role in creating a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy helping people, and be skilled at coordinating service requests with technical support professionals.

Upon permanent hire, employees enjoy generous benefits including paid holidays, vacation and sick time, 401(k) with company match, and excellent medical and dental coverage. Pay is $19-$21/hour, depending on experience. Hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Duties for the Customer Service Coordinator position include:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming customer service and technical support requests.
• Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and portal submissions from clients seeking assistance.
• Gather information, assess client needs, and accurately create and update service tickets.
• Coordinate and dispatch technical support professionals based on ticket priority, urgency, and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Schedule service appointments and communicate technician availability to clients.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and service activities within ConnectWise. Monitor ticket queues and escalate unresolved issues.
• Build positive relationships with clients through professionalism, empathy, and responsive communication.

Requirements for the Customer Service Dispatcher / Service Coordinator position include:

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred.
• Minimum two years of customer service, call center, or service coordination experience.
• Strong customer service skills with a commitment to providing exceptional client experiences.
• Ability to prioritize competing requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Accurate data entry and computer skills.
• Experience with ticketing systems, CRM software, or ConnectWise is preferred.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
