Real Estate BuyerS Sales Specialist

We are looking for a motivated buyer’s agent who is passionate about making the home buying experience great. You will contact pre-qualified leads, show properties, facilitate the negotiation process, and make that final sale for the buyer’s dream home. Job seekers should be enthusiastic, driven, and have a passion for creating a positive experience for every buyer. Responsibilities Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller or listing agent to achieve desired results Meet with motivated home buyers and guide them through the purchase process Help clients identify homes that match their needs and budget Maintain consistent communication using CRM systems Follow proven systems to convert appointments into closed deals Host open houses with provided leads and traffic Deliver exceptional service that generates referrals and repeat business Stay organized with scheduling, pipeline, and follow-up Participate in weekly training and team coaching Qualifications Experience with the local real estate market and general trends At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred Show a track record of real estate success Active Virginia Real Estate License (required) Full-time availability and commitment to real estate sales Strong communication and relationship-building skills Coachable, driven, and results-focused Comfortable using technology and CRM tools Positive, team-oriented mindset Sales experience is a plus but not required Compensation $75,000 - $150,000+ commission based $75,000-$150,000 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr EmpowerHome Team - Hampton Roads
