Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.Click HERE to discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers.We Love Our Work.Performs scheduled and nonscheduled repair, maintenance and installation of machinery, tools, equipment and/or associated equipment to ensure continuous and safe operation of the propertyAssist in maintenance related items on Race Track, when neededPerforms preventive maintenance in conjunction with all building maintenance and/or cleanliness related itemsSubmits requests for expenditures associated with repairs, upkeep, and improvement to the Manager of FacilitiesDirectly or indirectly supports all exterior grounds activities, including snow removal, grass cutting, landscaping, the parking garage and other exterior area needsSupports all sanitation processes and procedures including rodent and pest control.Performs painting, structural repairs to masonry, woodwork, wallpaper and treatments, and furnishings of buildingsDirectly or indirectly supports the installation, maintenance and repair of HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems and water distribution, including fire suppression and sewerage facilities, fresh water pumping stationAccountable for OSHA compliance at Hollywood Gaming. Will be an active participant of Safety complianceImplements and monitors controls designed to assure full compliance with all federal, state, corporate and property laws, policies and/or mandatesMust be able to interact effectively and positively across departmental linesMust be a team playerMonitor control systems for building and related water systemThis job description is not intended to be all-inclusive and team members may also be asked to perform other reasonable related duties as assigned. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in in English may also be required.Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to perform these operations using units of America money and weight measurement, volume and distance. Possess ability to operate an adding machine and have basic computer skills.Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.Certifications, Licenses, Registrations: Employee must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations.Must possess a valid driver's license and have acceptable driving history as determined by Penn National Gaming's auto insurance carrier.Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
