ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2019 and is a strong team of six focused on growth, development, and making an impact in our community. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I gained experience both in State Farm corporate and as a team member, giving me a well-rounded perspective on the business.

I studied Business Management and have been married for 13 years with two children. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active in sports and spending time at the lake. As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Amanda Nelson - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
