Recruitment Specialist

Job Description – Bilingual Recruiter Specialist Position Title Bilingual Recruiter Specialist (English/Spanish) Position Summary The Bilingual Recruiter Specialist is responsible for leading full-cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates across a variety of roles. This position serves as a key liaison between candidates and clients, ensuring a high level of service, strong communication, and successful placements. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, results-driven, and fluent in both English and Spanish. Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire positions.
• Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, community outreach, job fairs, and networking events.
• Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Review applications, resumes, and work history to identify top talent.
• Verify employment eligibility and ensure all onboarding documentation is completed accurately and timely.
• Guide candidates through the application, hiring, and orientation process.
• Match qualified candidates to client job orders based on skills, experience, and requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates and clients to ensure successful placements.
• Accurately document all recruiting activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly recruiting and placement goals.
• Coordinate interviews and provide timely updates to clients and internal teams.
• Address and resolve candidate concerns professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company employment regulations.
• Support branch operations and assist with administrative and recruiting initiatives as needed.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or talent acquisition preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ATS platforms.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to attend recruiting events as needed.

• Experience recruiting in warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or industrial environments.
• Knowledge of onboarding processes, I-9 verification, and E-Verify compliance.
• Experience with Indeed, social media recruiting, and other sourcing tools.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
