Job Overview Merchandising Supervisor for Hazelwood, MO. The Merchandising Supervisor is responsible for recruiting, selecting, training and developing merchandisers, overseeing point‑of‑sale and pricing activities. Location and Schedule This position is based at our Hazelwood, MO facility and supports customers’ stores in Hazelwood, St. Louis and greater surrounding areas. The role requires working five days a week with flexibility for weekends as needed. Responsibilities Recruit, select, and develop new hires; manage a team of merchandisers. Adhere to KDP merchandising standards, inspecting execution and implementation of point‑of‑sale initiatives. Route merchandisers for sales and deliveries. Ensure cost‑effectiveness while maintaining high levels of customer service. Ensure company pricing is properly displayed. Provide merchandising coverage for vacation routes. Identify sales opportunities for Sales Representatives to pursue. Total Rewards Salary: $62,500–$68,000 per year (actual placement may vary). Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility.
