Key Responsibilities\n \n Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging group therapy sessions that provide clients the opportunity to share experiences, gain insights, and form connections with peers. \n Individual Therapy: Deliver personalized therapy sessions focused on helping clients explore their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. Develop coping strategies and personalized action plans tailored to individual needs. \n Therapy Planning: Collaborate with clients to create structured therapeutic programs that align with their goals and preferences, ensuring comprehensive treatment interventions. \n Progress Monitoring: Monitor and assess client progress through various evaluation methods, including self-reports and clinical assessments, to refine treatment plans effectively. \n Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes to support quality care and reporting requirements. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n In this role, you will work primarily with young adults aged 18 to 30 who are experiencing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. Our outpatient treatment programs emphasize individualized care and evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), designed to meet the diverse needs of our clients.
