• Collaborate with the Store Manager to oversee daily store operations and ensure seamless functioning across all departments
• Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly and professionally addressing customer inquiries and concerns
• Support inventory management activities, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise
• Train, supervise, and motivate team members to maintain high performance standards and foster a supportive work environment
• Ensure strict compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
• Analyze sales data and assist in developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales goals and improve overall store performance
• Manage cash handling duties, including register operations, reconciliation, and bank deposits
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment that reflects our brand standards
• Assume Store Manager responsibilities during their absence, making key operational decisions as needed
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
