As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will respond to calls for assistance, document observations, and support staff, patients, and visitors with clear communication and customer service. What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a healthcare location. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting hazards, suspicious activity, and/or policy violations through the appropriate channels. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter routes to help to deter unauthorized access and/or concerning behavior. Monitor access points, corridors, and common areas, assisting with visitor direction, badge and/or credential checks as required by site policy. Complete timely documentation such as incident reports, patrol logs, and shift activity summaries, and communicate relevant updates to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
