As a Security Officer Dispatch Communications Security Clearance in King Of Prussia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Dispatcher supporting an aerospace and defense location, you will coordinate communications, monitor alarms and access activity, and dispatch personnel to security-related incidents. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $28.58 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Fri: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sat: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sun: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Active DoD Top Secret Clearance (C102) Access Control/Badge Experience (B201) Alarm Panel Experience (B202) Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204) CPR Certification (B205) Customer Service Experience (B219) What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location. Monitor incoming communications, alarms, and service requests; dispatch appropriate personnel and/or resources according to site procedures. Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident records, and activity reports, escalating critical information to site leadership and appropriate contacts. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating communications with on-site personnel and emergency responders as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, supporting awareness of unusual activity and helping to deter unauthorized access. Minimum Requirements: Possess an active DoD Top Secret Clearance. CPR certification is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
