Job Description As a Security Officer with Active Clearance Dispatch Coordinator in King Of Prussia, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Dispatch Security Officer in an aerospace and defense location, you will coordinate communications, monitor alarm activity, support access control operations, and assist with timely responses to security-related incidents. You will provide professional customer service while helping maintain a secure environment for personnel and operations. Position Type Full Time Pay Rate $28.58 / Hour Job Schedule DayTimeTue03:00 PM - 11:00 PMWed03:00 PM - 11:00 PMThur03:00 PM - 11:00 PMFri03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSat03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, vendors, and delivery drivers while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures for an aerospace and defense billing operations location. Monitor dispatch communications, receive and document service requests, and coordinate the appropriate response to routine incidents, alarms, and critical situations. Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, shift activity records, and dispatch documentation in accordance with site policies. Monitor access control, visitor activity, and incoming deliveries to help support authorized entry and orderly operations. Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned interior and exterior areas, reporting unusual conditions and responding in a calm, problem-solving manner. Minimum Requirements Must possess an active DoD Top Secret Clearance. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
