Responsibilities

Client Interaction: Engage directly with customers to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve any challenges they may experience regarding LK Insurance Group LLC's services.

Assistive Support: Provide administrative support by managing calls, emails, and customer-related documentation efficiently and accurately.

Problem Solving: Identify customer needs and handle customer complaints effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction is always a priority.

Data Management: Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system, ensuring all interactions and transactions are accurately logged and documented.

Communication: Act as a liaison between the customers and the respective departments within the company to ensure seamless service and support.

Continuous Improvement: Suggest improvements in process, service, and communication based on customer feedback and personal observations to enhance overall customer experience.

Requirements

Educational Background: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Experience: Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is beneficial but not mandatory.
