Location: Aurora, CO

Pay: $18.00/hour

Schedule Options:

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

• 3rd Shift: Monday-Friday, 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Job Description

We are seeking dependable Production Workers to join a growing advanced manufacturing team. This position supports the production of electronic components in a clean, quality-focused manufacturing environment. Paid training is provided, making this a great opportunity for candidates looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment

• Load and unload materials and components

• Perform visual quality inspections on finished products

• Follow work instructions, blueprints, and production documents

• Use hand tools and basic measuring equipment

• Assist with assembly, finishing, and packaging operations

• Complete production paperwork accurately

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

• Follow all safety and quality procedures

• Support daily production goals in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, construction, or general labor experience preferred

• Ability to follow written instructions and detailed procedures

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Basic math and measurement skills

• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when needed

• Comfortable working around manufacturing chemicals when required

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Willingness to learn and be trained on new processes

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Aurora, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
