Job Description Position Overview: Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a respected litigation law firm near Pasadena, California, seeking an experienced Legal Records Clerk for an immediate temporary assignment. This role is perfect for candidates with a background in legal records, strong computer skills, and experience working in a paperless law firm environment. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and organize legal records, both digital and physical. Handle daily scanning, uploading, indexing, and retrieval of legal documents. Perform electronic filing and ensure proper naming/tagging in the document management system. Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to fulfill file and document requests. Assist with file audits, archiving, and records retention projects. Top Qualifications: Prior legal records experience (law firm preferred). Familiarity with iManage or similar document management systems. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in electronic filing in a paperless legal environment.
