Contract | Nights | 4x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:00) | 36 or 48 Hours/Week Available | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for assigned patients on the nursing unit while demonstrating leadership within the nursing team
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care through a Shared Governance model
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to promote evidence-based care within a healing culture for patients and their families
• Float to support various units including ER hold, overflow, adult and geriatric psych, and inpatient rehab as needed

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of registered nursing experience required
• Stepdown experience required
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current Arkansas RN license or Compact State RN license in good standing; license must be in hand at time of submission
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications required at time of submission
• Active Nursys verification required with submission

Preferred Experience / Skills

• BSN preferred
• Critical care experience preferred
• Previous travel nursing experience strongly preferred
• Cerner EMR experience preferred
