We are hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a skilled nursing facility in Middletown, OH. Under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you will help patients regain skills for everyday life, assist with ADL training, therapeutic activities, and documentation. Minimum Requirements

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
• Active Ohio COTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Experience with ADL retraining, adaptive equipment recommendations, and restorative programs preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records documentation preferred.
