We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a skilled nursing facility in Middletown, OH. Under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist, the COTA will help patients regain skills for activities of daily living and promote independence. Candidates should be prepared to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and document patient progress according to facility and regulatory standards.

Minimum Requirements

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
• Active Ohio COTA license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with documentation systems used in post-acute care.
• Familiarity with ADL training, adaptive equipment recommendations, and restorative programs.

• 5 days per week.
